Handling

All orders are shipped from our warehouse within a maximum of 2 business days . Orders placed outside of business hours will be processed within the following business days. ONDRYER is not responsible for refunding shipping costs in the event of a shipping delay due to product availability.

OnDryer Store does not take responsibility for untracked packages that go missing. We are not responsible for delays, lost or damaged shipments, or orders sent to incorrect, invalid or correct addresses. OnDryer Store will assist in any way possible in tracing a missing package.

Local destination taxes and duties

The OnDryer Store has no control over any customs or import duties that may be imposed when the order arrives in the destination country. As much as we would like it not to be the case, there is nothing we can do about customs laws in different countries. These charges may cause delays and the customer will be required to pay them. OnDryer Store advises the customer to check with the local customs agency before placing their order.

Wrong Address Policy

We only ship products to the delivery address provided by customers on our website. That is why it is important to carefully enter your delivery address when placing an order. If you have made a mistake in entering your address, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. The delivery address can still be corrected if your order has not yet been fulfilled and shipped from the warehouse.

- If your order has not been fulfilled and shipped from the warehouse, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible to resolve the issue.

- If the order was shipped and returned to sender due to wrong or insufficient shipping address, we will need to send you an invoice to cover the full cost of the reshipment of your order .

- If the order was shipped and delivered to the wrong address, you may lose your order unless you can resolve the issue with the logistics services or the recipient. We will not be able to refund this order or reship another package.

This policy is not our preference, nor our first choice. However, the simplest solution to this problem is to to enter and carefully check your address when you place your order.
