Refund Policy

We accept returns and refunds. Customers have the right to request a return within 90 days of the product being delivered. If 90 days have passed since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately we will not be able to process a return or refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. If the product has been used, you will need to send us supporting documentation to begin the return and refund process.
Some items cannot be returned:

  • Personalized items.
  • Gift cards.

Please do not return your purchase to the sender's address. Detailed information will be sent to you by email once the return request has been approved.

In certain situations, only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 90 days after delivery.

Return costs are the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded, unless otherwise agreed.

We recommend tracking the item, because if the item does not arrive or is lost on the way back, the refund will be void (as it was never received).

Return address

Before returning the merchandise, please contact the customer support team who will help you obtain the unique customer code for the return order. We will not accept any liability for goods returned directly without unique customer code .

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Important Notes:
- We do not provide a return label and do not cover the return shipping costs. The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and depend on the logistics company you have chosen.
- Our payment gateway will charge 5% of the item price as a transaction fee for all cancelled or returned orders.
- A restocking fee of 10% of the item price will be charged to customers for returned orders.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Next contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before your refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@ondryer.com .
